Project Coordinator – Design Department

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project workflows from concept to final design submissions and ensure adherence to the Scope of Work (SOW).
  • Support design teams (Architecture, MEP, ID, Landscape) with milestone tracking, documentation, and internal coordination.
  • Review schedules, monitor progress, flag risks, and support the resolution of coordination issues.
  • Assist with contract compliance, change tracking, and variation management.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and maintain organized project documentation and logs.
  • Liaise with clients, authorities, and external consultants professionally and clearly.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (Architecture preferred).
  • 3–5 years' experience in a design, A&E, or project coordination environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit (navigation), BIM 360, MS Office, and collaboration tools.
  • Full professional proficiency in Arabic & English.
  • Saudi National, registered with SCE.
