We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator with solid experience in interior fit-out projects in the UAE. As a key member of our operations team, you will manage the day-to-day execution of projects, cost estimations, timelines, and approvals to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with project management, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing and material details.
  • Prepare and submit detailed, itemized estimates for client review and approval.
  • Review and revise cost estimates as project designs evolve.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with sales, documentation, design, operations, and finance departments to ensure timely submissions and approvals.
  • Ensure project material samples are submitted by the inside sales team within the required timeframe.
  • Prepare a Project Coordination Matrix and collaborate with engineers to schedule site works.
  • Oversee and align work schedules of all sites according to project timelines.
  • Obtain work schedule approvals from the Director and communicate finalized timelines to project engineers for strict compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out project coordination in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and estimation processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project scheduling software.
