A Project Management and Construction Management company, specializing in interior fit-out delivery projects, is hiring for the position of Project Coordinator – Interior Fit-Out.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily operations of interior fit-out projects.
Coordinate between clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and progress.
· Monitor project schedules, material deliveries, and site execution activities.
· Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
· Support in quality inspections and ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
· Track project costs, milestones, and variations as per contractual obligations.
· Ensure timely closure of site issues and assist in project handover documentation.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture (Interior Design), or Project Management.
· 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction coordination.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.
· Ability to multitask and coordinate between multiple site teams and stakeholders.
· Keen eye for detail and understanding of interior finishes and materials.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
