Project Coordinator

We are looking for a driven and skilled Project Coordinator to become a valuable part of our team. The successful candidate should have a solid foundation in Interior Fit-Out projects alongside exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Oversee and streamline daily site operations effectively.

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project personnel.

- Monitor project schedules, uphold quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Develop detailed work plans, site-related reports, and status updates.

- Provide assistance to project managers with material approvals, design documentation, and related tasks.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

- Professional experience in Interior Fit-Out project coordination.

- Thorough understanding of site supervision, materials, and interior finishing processes.

- Ability to interpret drawings and juggle multiple responsibilities seamlessly.

- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

- Hold a valid Bahrain driving license.
