Summary:
The Client is looking for some one to support the broader Agile Delivery & Coaching org. This contractor will work closely with our US-based FTE, but we are looking for someone highly proactive, organized, and comfortable driving process improvements once onboarded.
As a Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support program logistics, execution, scheduling and coordination for critical initiatives focused on the Technology and Products organization at the company. You will report to the Agile Coaching Team with a main focus of supporting delivery of training and certification services to thousands of technologists around the world.
Responsibilities:
Program Coordination (50%)
Own the end-to-end logistics for team enablement programs (scheduling, runsheets, facilitator prep, comms, surveys)
Ensure smooth coordination across regions and time zones
Manage our internal LMS tool Internal Operations Support (50%)
Assist in operating key programs across the Agile Delivery & Coaching team — including coordination, execution, and follow-through
Assist in building and sharing reports
Support centralized communication, branding, and marketing of our programs (e.g., drafting internal comms, updating slides, organizing shared assets)
Help maintain internal tools (Lucid, Miro, Google Suite) and documentation (student decks, playbooks, surveys)
Identify and recommend process improvements to make the programs more efficient and scalable
Operates with ownership and initiative, especially working independently in a different time zone
Comfortable working with senior/tenured people. Does not shy away from sharing opinions, asking questions and pushing for improvement
Comfortable working in ambiguity, willing to figure things out and suggest better ways of doing things
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior experience working in a training/enablement or agile-related environment is a plus
Required Skills/Experience:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Thrives working in a high-tech company.
Doesn’t need a ton of supervision - self-starter and problem solver.
Strong working knowledge of Google Applications, including Gmail, Google Drive and managing multiple Google calendars (and not afraid of getting hands dirty learning new tools).
Incredible self-motivation and ability to organize work and juggle many small details.
Proactively communicates with team and stakeholders, ensuring that all work is well-managed without supervision.
