Employee Engagement:
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, cultural events, and celebrations.
Collect feedback from employees to understand engagement needs and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
Training & Development:
Support in scheduling, coordinating, and tracking training programs.
Assist trainers and managers with learning sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation data.
Help in preparing training materials, presentations, and communication.
General L&D Support:
Collaborate with HR and other departments to align training and engagement initiatives.
Monitor participation and share reports on engagement and training effectiveness.
Bring fresh ideas to enhance employee experience and learning culture.
