We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can efficiently manage and synchronize efforts across multiple technical teams — including Python backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA, and AI engineering — ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and timely delivery.

Position Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you will act as a key bridge between technical teams and management. You’ll support sprint planning, track delivery progress, manage dependencies, and maintain end-to-end visibility across projects.
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, an understanding of software development lifecycles, and the ability to translate technical updates into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across Web (Frontend, Python, QA, DevOps) and AI engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Product Leads to define scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage sprints, tasks, and progress using tools like ClickUp, Jira, or similar.
• Ensure milestones are met and cross-team dependencies are clearly communicated.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including timelines, updates, risks, and change logs.
• Facilitate smooth communication between developers, QA engineers, AI researchers, and management.
• Monitor project health and report blockers, risks, and progress to senior leadership.
• Help prioritize tasks in alignment with business goals.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and coordination for upcoming features and releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or software delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Notion).
• Familiarity with web development and AI project workflows (backend, frontend, ML pipelines).
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Basic technical knowledge of Python, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI model training, deployment, or data annotation workflows.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM.
