Project Coordinator - Web & Design

ServeTech Global, a growing IT services provider specializing in custom software development, is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee project execution and enhance team performance. This is an onsite position based in DHA Phase 6, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
• Utilize Trello to track project progress, assign tasks, and facilitate team collaboration.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and business analysts for seamless project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, address challenges, and adjust plans when needed.
• Communicate with clients to manage expectations and provide regular updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project coordination within the IT/software development industry.
• Proficiency in Trello for task tracking and project management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
