MISSION The Project Designer’s core purpose is to create innovative, high-quality, and client-centric architectural and interior design solutions that enhance the living experience, uphold the Bright Homes' brand identity, and contribute to the efficient and successful delivery of residential remodel projects.

What You'll LOVE Doing

• Deliver high-quality architectural and interior design solutions that meet client needs and align with our brand aesthetic.
• Continually develop and implement innovative design concepts that keep Bright Homes at the forefront of the industry.
• Ensure efficient and on-time delivery of design projects, with a focus on minimizing design-related construction issues.

SKILLS The successful candidate should have architectural and interior design proficiency, project management capabilities, strong communication skills, be an advanced Chief Architect software user, have an understanding of construction practices, a keen eye for detail, problem-solving abilities, and more.

ATTRIBUTES We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, visionary, adaptable, client-focused, resilient, dedicated, collaborative, analytical, innovative, sustainability-minded, and culturally aware individual to join our team.
