Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall management of the consultancy / managing agent service delivery to the client. Acting as the client Point of Contact.

Responsible for the implementation of the PMS Procedure including observations / NCRs to ensure the FMS is complying with contractual deliverables, SLA’s and health, safety and environmental standards, to ensure a continual improvement process is fully embedded.

Additionally responsible for the contract P&L, Client Management and Line Management the dedicated contract management staff, client reporting and ensuring annual process reviews are completed.

Contract Scope of works requirements:

• Representing CLIENT FM department with FM contractor
• Ensure alignment with CLIENT’s vision, mission and objective while guaranteeing the FM contractor team is aligned.
• Being responsible for implementing CLIENT FM strategy
• Contribute to resolving any inconsistencies that might affect operation and strategic levels.
• Attending and participating in all meetings as required.
• Sharing reports and updates on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually with CLIENT in addition to ad-hoc.
• Being part of contractor recruiting committee
• Build a strong relationship with all project stakeholders, construction team, third parties, other consultancies etc.
• Evaluation of any new utilities or properties during the handover and construction stage.
• Following up on service matrix-SLA & KPIs
• Being held responsible for property management operations and maintenance.
