VX Studio Consultancy is a leading multidisciplinary design and engineering firm recognized for delivering excellence across architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines. We are seeking an experienced Project Director with a strong consultancy background and extensive experience managing high-rise building projects to lead our project delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of project delivery from design to construction completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, quality, and schedule.
• Lead coordination between design, engineering, and site supervision teams.
• Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for all project-related matters.
• Review and approve project plans, design deliverables, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, codes, and standards.
• Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure proactive problem-solving during project execution.
• Drive quality control, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a consultancy firm.
• Proven track record of managing high-rise and large-scale mixed-use projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, contracts, and local authority regulations.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• UAE experience preferred.
