About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Project Director to lead and manage multiple large-scale construction projects exceeding AED 1 billion in combined value. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across high-rise, residential, and commercial developments—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to world-class quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of several large construction projects across Dubai.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams covering engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Drive profitability through cost control, value engineering, and risk management.
• Serve as the main point of contact for executive-level clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with the highest standards of safety, quality, and sustainability.
• Develop and implement project delivery strategies aligned with company objectives.

Performance Objectives:

• Deliver 95%+ of projects on time and within approved budgets.
• Maintain strong client satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.
• Achieve zero lost-time safety incidents.
• Ensure continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or Business Management.
• 20+ years of construction industry experience, including 12+ years in senior management roles.
• Proven success delivering major projects valued at AED 1 billion+ .
• Experience working with Tier-1 main contractors in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong leadership, commercial, and client-relationship skills.
• Expertise in programme management, financial control (P&L), contracts, and risk management.
