Project Director - Ajman

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 25+ years of progressive experience in construction project management with proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial and residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management principles, contract law, and building codes.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring successful delivery on scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies, resource plans, and risk mitigation measures.
• Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Manage and mentor project managers, engineers, and site personnel to ensure optimal team performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and claims management.
• Monitor project KPIs, progress reports, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead project close-out processes including final inspections, commissioning, and handovers.
