Alasy Edu Energy is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Director (Oil & Gas EPC) to lead major engineering, procurement, and construction projects within the oil and gas sector. Based in Salalah Tower, Oman, the successful candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of EPC projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and schedule requirements.

The Project Director will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary project teams, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company objectives. Key duties include project planning, contract management, risk assessment, resource allocation, budget control, and performance monitoring throughout all project phases.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in Oil & Gas EPC project management, with a strong background in engineering and construction operations. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, while advanced certifications such as PMP or equivalent will be considered an advantage. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills are essential for this senior-level position.
