Job Description

CadScripts Engineering is looking for a powerhouse leader to fill the role of Project Director for our large-scale Oil & Gas EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) portfolio. Operating out of the Rusayl Industrial Estate, you will hold the ultimate responsibility for the strategic execution, financial health, and successful delivery of multi-million OMR projects.

This is an executive-level position for a seasoned professional capable of navigating the complexities of the Omani energy sector. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) through to commissioning—ensuring that CadScripts Engineering maintains its reputation for technical precision and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Oversight: Lead the execution of major EPC projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict accordance with technical specifications.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage project P&L, ensuring the highest ROI while overseeing an executive compensation and resource structure of OMR 6,000/month and beyond.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for government bodies, major operators (PDO, OQ, etc.), and international partners.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential commercial, technical, and safety risks early in the project lifecycle and implement robust mitigation strategies.
• HSE Leadership: Cultivate a "Zero Harm" culture across all sites and fabrication facilities within the Rusayl Industrial Estate and beyond.
• Resource Optimization: Direct cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Quality Control to ensure seamless project integration.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical). An MBA or PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 20+ years in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 8–10 years in a Project Director or Senior Project Manager role specifically within EPC environments.
• Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of the Oman oil and gas market, including local tender laws and ICV (In-Country Value) requirements.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing projects valued at over OMR 50 Million.
• Location: Based at our offices in Rusayl Industrial Estate, Muscat.
