Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Director (Oil & Gas EPC) to lead complex projects, oversee execution, and align EPC initiatives with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Direct large-scale EPC projects from initiation to completion.
• Execution Oversight: Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, HSE standards, and corporate governance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to align project objectives.
• Technology Integration: Drive adoption of innovative EPC technologies and digital tools.
• Team Leadership: Mentor project managers and foster a culture of accountability and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of EPC project management experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of EPC frameworks and GCC oil & gas environments.
• Expertise in project execution, risk management, and HSE compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional oil & gas organizations preferred.

Pay: RO4,500.000 - RO6,500.000 per month
