Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and licensed Project Engineer (G+12) with proven experience in high-rise building and tower projects. The role involves managing site execution, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Supervision
• Oversee daily site activities for tower/high-rise construction projects in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and Dubai Municipality standards.
• Ensure structural works, MEP coordination, finishing, and façade installations follow approved design and method statements.
• Monitor quality control, safety, and progress reporting.
• Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure all works are in line with Dubai Municipality G+12 license requirements.
• Prepare, review, and submit required permits, approvals, and inspection requests to authorities.
• Liaise with DM inspectors and ensure timely approvals for structural and finishing works.
• Planning & Coordination
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and highlight risks or delays.
• Support project planning and scheduling to maintain target milestones.
• Technical Responsibilities
• Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals, raising RFIs where required.
• Verify structural and architectural details for towers, including foundations, core walls, slabs, beams, columns, and façade systems.
• Provide engineering solutions to site challenges, ensuring technical accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Enforce HSE standards at site, ensuring workers’ safety and compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate with safety officers to conduct toolbox talks and mitigate site hazards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Dubai Municipality G+12 License (valid).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the UAE, with at least 3 years in tower/high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Building Codes, DM regulations, and authority approval processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project, MS Office; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
