Project Engineer

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience

About the Role

Join our team as an Engineer and take charge of delivering high-end fit-out, construction, and renovation projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate with subcontractors
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Conduct site inspections and monitor health & safety compliance
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals
• Provide technical guidance to the project and drafting teams
• Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure smooth project execution

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 4+ years of site experience in fit-out, construction, or renovation
• Strong project management, quality control, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with construction codes, safety regulations, and project documentation
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering tools
• Own vehicle with valid UAE driving license
• Based in or around Dubai
