Responsibilities

• Supervise all civil construction activities .
• Ensure work is executed as per drawing specifications and quality standards
• Coordinate with structural consultants, architects,MEP engineers and vendors.
• Monitor daily site progress and report regularly to the project manager
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material reconciliation and quality checklists
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Verify contractor bills, work measurements and material consumption.
• Assist in material planning, indenting and maintaining stock levels at the site.

Qualifications

• B-tech/M-tech in civil engineering with minimum 15 years of experience

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of construction techniques, project management and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and structural details
• Strong knowledge of concreting ,steel reinforcement, formwork and finishing work
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience in high rise or large scale township projects.
