Project Engineer

Job Title: Project Engineer – Fitout

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in Fitout / Interiors / Construction

Job Purpose:

To coordinate, supervise, and manage fitout projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute interior fitout projects as per client requirements and design specifications.
• Review technical drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and standards.
• Monitor project progress, track schedules, and report to Project Manager.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained at site.
• Prepare progress reports, snag lists, and final handover documentation.
• Manage resources, manpower allocation, and site logistics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in interior fitout projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of project management and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
