We are looking for a " Project Engineer " for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “ automotive sector ”.

Job Description:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering activities within the project.
• Act as the main point of contact for all engineering-related topics.
• Align technical deliverables with overall project goals and timelines.
• Organize and lead regular engineering meetings and technical workshops.
• Support the creation and tracking of schedules, tasks, and milestones.
• Ensure the completeness and consistency of technical documentation.
• Validate technical concepts and oversee requirement fulfillment.
• Monitor progress and initiate corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Identify and manage risks early in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate capacity and resource planning with involved departments.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to core teams and management.
• Escalate unresolved issues or conflicts to higher management when necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in technical project coordination or team leadership.
• Strong skills in cross-functional communication and problem-solving.
• Fluent in English (must); German is a plus.
• Automotive industry experience is preferred.
