Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Management:Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Design & Engineering:Design and develop HVAC system layouts, specifications, and drawings, ensuring they integrate with other building systems.
• Coordination:Liaise with architects, clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and communication.
• Oversight & Quality Control:Monitor installation and commissioning, conduct site visits to inspect workmanship, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Technical Problem-Solving:Identify and resolve technical issues related to HVAC designs and installations.
• Documentation:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and status reports.
• Budget & Timeline Management:Track project progress, control costs, and make necessary adjustments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education:A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC engineering technology, or a related field is typically required.
• Technical Skills:Expertise in HVAC design principles, system sizing, load calculations, and control systems.
• Software Proficiency:Experience with design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Project Management:Strong project management skills to manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project information.
• Regulatory Knowledge:A solid understanding of industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.68 - ₹40,000.36 per month
