Project Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage interior fit-out works on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, ensuring work is executed according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards, and maintaining safety and compliance across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all fit-out activities on-site including partitions, ceilings, joinery, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and finishes.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure alignment with project scope.
• Monitor day-to-day site progress and prepare internal and external reports on job status.
• Ensure that all works are executed in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, local regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Attend site meetings and report on progress, delays, or issues affecting the work schedule.
• Inspect and verify delivered materials and installed work for compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
• Resolve technical issues on site and liaise with project managers or design teams when required.
• Ensure site safety compliance in coordination with HSE standards.
• Maintain documentation such as site records, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or related construction projects.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and finishes.
• Familiarity with MEP coordination in fit-out environments.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
