Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our interior design and fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in project planning, site execution, and coordination across all project stages to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete interior fit-out projects from planning to handover

- Supervise site execution, subcontractors, and supplier coordination

- Monitor project progress, cost, and quality control

- Coordinate with design, procurement, and client teams for seamless workflow

- Prepare project schedules, reports, and documentation

- Ensure compliance with safety and authority regulations

- Handle authority submissions, drawings approvals, and site inspections

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Or Architecture

- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in project management within the UAE interior fit-out industry

- Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and MEP systems

- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools

- UAE Driving License preferred
