Review drawings, manage schedules, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers. Supervise site works to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to specifications. Solve on-site technical issues and provide engineering support during execution. Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery and quality. Ensure compliance with local codes and standards, especially for plumbing and waterproofing. Maintain site reports, document changes, and update stakeholders on progress.
