Correspond all project parts, such as the engineering design, quality planning, manufacturing, building, commissioning, and final buy-off phases. Plan the project’s needs and resources per the budget. Respond quickly and well to changing customer and product needs. Prepare for possible project risks by identifying them and planning what to do about them. Create deliverables on time that meet customer needs and explain these needs if necessary. Define the customer’s request as a departmental action or a subcontractor order. Analyze customer and internal changes effectively, including a feasibility study. Keep track of changes to the customer and attend customer meetings when needed. Take part in DFMEAs (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), Quality History Reviews, robustness studies, and other similar activities. Involvement in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production. Keep track of tasks based on the project schedule. Actively look for ways to get new or repeat business. Be willing and able to work as needed at company and customer locations. Keep up with what’s going on in engineering as it changes. Controlling the quality of work with good reviews. Endorse and lead activities to improve the process. Conduct assessments and give clients and project meetings updates on progress. Attend different meetings and follow/send out instructions. Work with and talk to other divisions, customers, vendors, and service providers. Follow the guidelines on health, safety, and the atmosphere.
