- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Recording customer feedback, complaints and co-ordination for implementation of corrective actions
- Initiating & coordinating customer satisfaction survey
- Coordinating for invoicing and dispatches
- Coordinating site activities
- SAP - SD /PS module knowledge
- BBU creation
- Monthly progress report creation
- Follow up with SCM for item status. Collection of input from Marketing for Sales order creation
- Manage transportation vendors for dispatch in line with requirement
- Inform project manager of major hindrances in project progress, and suggest ways to address challenges, to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality objectives.
- Regular discussion on project requirements, updates, and feedback . Also, payment follow up with client
