Project Engineer

A leading Real Estate Developer & Construction Company in The Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ Project Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring construction projects.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project progress.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update the project schedule.
• Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to safety standards and construction codes.
• Manage and oversee site activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings and materials.
• Resolve technical issues on-site by coordinating with engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Assist with quantity take-offs, material requisitions, and cost tracking.
• Support the procurement team with technical inputs for materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation, including site records, inspections, and approvals.
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10-12 years of experience as a Project Engineer in construction projects (High rise building, Commercial,infrastructure, etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Revit ).
• Proficiency in Construction code or standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
