Project Engineer

Orchid Castile is seeking a highly driven Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical aspects of project execution, ensuring design, quality, and engineering standards are met while supporting the Project Manager in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site/project engineering activities.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors on engineering-related matters.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Monitor material procurement, deliveries, and installation quality.
• Identify technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are followed at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related field).
• 3–5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in construction, MEP, or fit-out projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is an advantage.
