Project Engineer

Experienced Project Engineer with a Bachelor’s in Architecture and extensive expertise in managing end-to-end interior and exterior finishes & fit-out projects for high end projects. Adept at leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Committed to maintaining HSE compliance and promoting team efficiency and project excellence.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise project teams to achieve objectives, KPIs, and execution plans.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of interior and exterior finishes & fit-out projects.
• Review and verify SD drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and mockups to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with Architect team engineers on technical issues to resolve ambiguities and challenges.
• Inspect works to ensure alignment with approved drawings, authority regulations, contract specifications, and relevant standards.
• Monitor architectural finishing works, maintaining design intent and quality standards.
• Manage QA/QC processes including ITPs, method statements, NCRs, site instructions, and SOs.
• Approve subcontractor invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement quality, risk, and safety systems.
• Promote health, safety, and wellbeing throughout all project stages in compliance with Saudi HSE regulations.
• Define technical, project, and resource requirements to ensure successful delivery.
• Attend technical meetings and resolve project ambiguities and impediments promptly.
