Job Purpose

To plan, coordinate, and supervise building construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with project quality standards and QHSE requirements.
  • Prepare method statements, material submittals, RFIs, and technical reports.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Monitor manpower productivity and site performance.
  • Participate in project planning, cost control, and risk assessment.
  • Attend project meetings and provide technical updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and contract requirements.
  • Support procurement and material planning activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional certifications or PMP (preferred).
  • Valid driving license in Qatar (preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in building construction projects.
  • Strong experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, or renovation projects.
  • GCC / Qatar project experience is highly preferred.
