Job Purpose:

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for reviewing and monitoring the superstructure contractor schedule, ensuring all discipline activities are achievable, properly sequenced, and executed as planned. The role coordinates with other disciplines, stakeholders, and contractors, updates daily progress, and supports the development and improvement of procedures and standards. It also provides solutions to issues impacting the project plan and performs other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all discipline activities are planned, achievable, and executed as scheduled.
• Maintain coordination and alignment across all project stakeholders and disciplines.
• Review and control superstructure schedules.
• Monitor and control discipline activities to meet project plans and milestones.
• Support process improvements and problem solving to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate with teams and external stakeholders for effective project execution.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Experience in real estate construction and superstructure projects.
• Proven experience in project and construction management.
