Job Purpose:

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for monitoring contractor schedules and coordinating project activities to ensure work is properly sequenced and executed as planned. The role supports the delivery of water infrastructure projects, including Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), ensuring construction activities comply with project schedules, engineering standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all discipline activities are planned, achievable, and executed as scheduled.
• Maintain coordination and alignment across all project stakeholders and disciplines.
• Review and control infrastructure schedules.
• Monitor and control discipline activities to meet project plans and milestones.
• Support process improvements and problem solving to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate with teams and external stakeholders for effective project execution.
• Support construction activities related to water and wastewater infrastructure, including treatment plants, pumping stations, and utility networks.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Experience in infrastructure construction, real estate development, or water treatment plant projects (WTP / WWTP / STP).
