Job Description:

BUILDING CO. (BEST) L.L.C is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the execution of civil construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have solid UAE experience and the ability to manage site activities, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing construction projects
• Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work progress as per schedule
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and Dubai authority regulations
• Monitor material usage, manpower, and site resources
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
• Support quality control and health & safety implementation on site

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 10–12 years of experience, with UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and approvals
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
