We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering projects
• Visit clients with the sales team for meetings and project discussions
• Prepare technical documents, drawings, and specifications (CAD experience required)
• Monitor project progress, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality processes
• Support cost estimation, resource planning, and budgeting
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial)
• 2–3 years of experience in project engineering or coordination
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and project lifecycle
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.)
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies
