Job Title: Project Engineer for contracting company

About the Role:
Renomode LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our contracting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction, fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Mandatory requirement: Candidates must have proven experience in building contruction, interior fit out or maintenance industries.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise project activities from start to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare project reports, work schedules, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as required.
• Support project planning, procurement, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. (Preferred)
• +5 years of experience in contracting, construction, fit-out, or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project coordination, and site management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Revenue-focused mindset with client engagement skills.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
