Project Engineer

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day project activities on site
  • Prepare and review project plans, schedules, and technical documents
  • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
  • Manage site resources, labor, equipment, and materials effectively
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and implement solutions promptly
  • Assist in cost control, budget tracking, and variation management
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality assurance
  • Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in construction projects
  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Driver’s license is mandatory
  • Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
