Project Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of UAE fit-out experience to manage and oversee interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, coordinate, and supervise fit-out works on site.

* Manage project execution to ensure completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

* Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.

* Monitor project progress and prepare regular progress reports.

* Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

* Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

* Manage material procurement, deliveries, and site logistics.

* Attend project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

* Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, material approvals, and project documentation.

* Lead and support site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.

* Strong knowledge of fit-out construction processes and project management.

* Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

* Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

* UAE Driving License is preferred.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
