Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Project Engineer with expertise in aluminum and façade systems to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of façade projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. A valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory for site supervision and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations for aluminum and façade projects.
• Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor project schedules, track progress, and take corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Supervise site installation works to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Assist in preparing and submitting shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Work closely with design, procurement, and production departments to ensure timely approvals and material deliveries.
• Conduct routine site inspections and prepare project progress reports for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to Qatar construction regulations, safety protocols, and project requirements.
• Support project close-out activities, including snagging, final inspections, and handover documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Qatar’s aluminum and façade industry.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of curtain walls, cladding systems, glazing, aluminum profiles, and façade installation methods.
• Ability to interpret and apply architectural and structural drawings.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
