Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to manage and supervise project activities from design review through installation and handover. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of aluminum and façade systems and extensive experience overseeing projects within the Saudi construction industry. This role requires excellent coordination, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate all aluminum & façade installation activities on-site.
• Review shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth project execution.
• Track project timelines, monitor material deliveries, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Oversee quality control procedures and ensure all works meet approved specifications and industry standards.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, inspection requests (IRs), and other project-related documentation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and site challenges promptly.
• Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
• Support project managers with planning, resource allocation, and project coordination tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in aluminum and façade project execution within Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Strong understanding of façade systems, fabrication processes, installation procedures, and project sequencing.
• Proven experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and project interfaces.
• Proficient in reading drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid Saudi Driving License is mandatory.
