Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically competent Project Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in aluminum and façade systems and be capable of managing projects from planning through execution and handover, ensuring strict compliance with approved designs, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site aluminum and façade works to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review shop drawings, technical submissions, and material specifications for accuracy and constructability.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, and material requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with project specifications, quality control procedures, and HSE standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, inspection requests (IRs), method statements, and as-built documentation.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical, design, and site-related issues efficiently.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities.

Qualifications & ExperienceEducation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 5–10 years of proven experience in aluminum and façade projects, preferably in the KSA or GCC region.
• Hands-on experience in project execution, site coordination, fabrication, and installation processes.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, aluminum profiles, glazing, and installation methodologies.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and technical documents.
• Valid Saudi Driving License is mandatory.
