Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer with strong expertise in aluminum and façade systems to oversee project execution, technical coordination, and site management. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise aluminum and façade projects from initiation to handover
• Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Coordinate with design team, consultants, contractors, and clients
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines
• Ensure materials procurement and delivery as per project requirements
• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and installation teams
• Monitor project costs, variations, and subcontractor performance
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards
• Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings
• Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–12 years of experience in aluminum and façade projects in UAE
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, structural glazing, cladding, doors, and windows
• Ability to review shop drawings and coordinate with fabrication teams
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
