Job Description: Civil Project ManagerPosition Overview

We are seeking a Civil Project Manager to oversee all civil construction activities at site. The role requires end-to-end responsibility for planning, procurement, execution, and billing of civil works, ensuring projects are delivered within the defined budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling
• Develop detailed work plans, timelines, and resource allocation for civil activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project milestones with overall objectives.
• Procurement & Vendor Management
• Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors and contractors for civil works.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Execution & Site Management
• Supervise day-to-day civil activities at site, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards.
• Monitor workforce productivity, resolve site-level issues, and ensure smooth coordination among teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
• Budget & Cost Control
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare and submit billing documents, invoices, and payment certifications.
• Maintain transparent records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Provide regular progress reports to management, highlighting risks, delays, and corrective actions.
• Ensure all documentation (drawings, contracts, bills, approvals) is complete and audit-ready.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management, procurement processes, and billing procedures.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
