Project Engineer – Civil (Interior Fit-Out)

Job Summary: We are looking a Civil Project Engineer with proven interior fit-out experience. The candidate must hold a valid Dubai Municipality Engineer Card (G+1 / Civil / Interior Fit-Out category) and be capable of managing civil and finishing works while ensuring full compliance with Dubai authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civil and interior fit-out works including blockwork, plastering, screeding, tiling, and finishing.
• Ensure execution of works as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project schedules, quality, and site progress.
• Ensure compliance with UAE municipality and authority regulations.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Manage inspections, snag lists, and final handover.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid UAE Municipality Engineer License (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil and finishing works.
• Familiarity with UAE construction codes and authority requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple site activities simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
