Resident Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Resident Engineer to join our architectural consultancy firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the consultancy engineering field and demonstrate strong leadership and project management capabilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the consultancy engineering field.
• Proven experience as a Resident Engineer in architectural consultancy projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai construction regulations, authority approvals, and standards.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
• Ability to supervise site activities, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with contract specifications.
• Strong coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Excellent reporting, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage site supervision teams.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Monitor project timelines, quality control, and HSE compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders.
