Project Manager-Civil

Position Summary

Falcon Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Civil Project Manager to lead and oversee civil construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage civil construction projects from initiation to close-out.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and cost targets.
• Lead and supervise project teams including engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality regulations, and local authority requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Manage procurement, contracts, and subcontractor performance.
• Prepare project reports, risk assessments, and progress updates for senior management.
• Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and handover processes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
• 8–12 years of experience in civil construction/project management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
