Project Manager

1. PROJECT MANAGER - WOODEN JOINERY

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in wooden joinery works, specifically wooden fire-rated doors, to join our team.

Key Requirements:

* Minimum 8-10 years of experience in wooden joinery projects

* Proven experience in wooden fire-rated doors (design, production & installation)

* Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, civil defense & fire-rated approvals

* Ability to manage projects from planning to final handover

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

* Excellent skills in project scheduling, cost control, and site management

* Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

* UAE Driving License is mandatory

*Arabic speaking Mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

* Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management

* Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or hospitality projects

* 2) Senior Accountant

* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

* Strong knowledge of financial accounting, MIS reporting & management reporting

* Experience in internal & external audits, audit coordination and compliance

* Budgeting, forecasting, cost control & variance analysis

* VAT compliance, statutory filings & liaison with auditors

* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

* UAE experience preferred

* Valid UAE Driving License required

* 3) Site Engineer (5 Nos)

* Proven experience in wooden joinery works

* Sound knowledge of fire-rated doors

* Ability to coordinate with design, production & site teams

* Valid UAE Driving License required

* 3) Site Foreman (5 Nos)

* Hands-on experience in wooden joinery & fit-out projects

* Strong knowledge of fire-rated door installation

* Excellent site supervision and manpower handling skills

* Valid UAE Driving License required

* 4) Architect

* Registered with the Society of Engineers (UAE)

* Proven experience in wooden joinery & fire-rated doors

* Strong expertise in shop drawings preparation & submissions

* Knowledge of authority requirements and technical detailing

* Valid UAE Driving License required
