Key Responsibilities
- Assist in site supervision of civil works including structural, finishing, and allied activities.
- Support quality checks to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with MEP teams, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, checklists, and site documentation.
- Assist in material management: indenting, verification, and tracking usage at site.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning and scheduling discussions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory compliance at all times.
- Learn and apply hospital-specific civil requirements, including infection control and specialized finishes.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering practices and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD (preferred).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites across India.
- Discipline, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
Qualifications
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers (0–1 year experience).
- Male candidates only (site-based role with travel and extended working hours).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
