Project Engineer - Commercial Finishings/Interiors

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute finishing and interior works (false ceiling, flooring, partitions, painting, joinery, furniture, etc.) for commercial projects.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Plan daily/weekly site activities, monitor progress, and report deviations.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality checks, and project schedules.
• Prepare material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams.
• Supervise site teams and subcontractors, resolving technical/site-related issues.
• Conduct inspections and ensure snag-free handover of finishing works.
• Maintain project documentation including progress reports, site logs, and checklists.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial interiors and finishing works.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, finishing standards, and material specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
• Strong communicator with effective leadership and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects within timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
