Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in Dubai building construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project execution, ensuring construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing building construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure construction works comply with project specifications, Dubai Municipality regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate material procurement and monitor timely delivery to the site.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during construction.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
• Participate in inspections, testing, snagging, and project handover activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of construction experience, with at least 3–5 years of Dubai building construction experience (mandatory).
• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and other relevant authority requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6/MS Project, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
